OPTAVIA/Medifast bars were melted upon receipt Any non-consumable item that is damaged, missing parts or is deemed unusable. *Shipping damages, mispicks, and short orders not applicable. (i.e. Accessories, books, marketing materials, etc.) Client/Customer received a different product instead of what was ordered. (i.e. ordered Golden Pancakes, but received Chocolate Chip Pancakes)
