(i.e. ripped box, damaged bag or packaging, etc.) The product is missing part or all of the required ingredients. (i.e. garnish, solid pieces, noodles, chocolate chips, vegetables, etc.) Client/Customer received a different product instead of what was ordered. (i.e. ordered Golden Pancakes, but received Chocolate Chip Pancakes) Contents contain a different product from what is listed on the branded packaging.
