It all star with the cacao , that once that they are open , big machines starts the long part , when the only thing that we have left it's cocoa another machine starts to and to grind , this process take the night to do it , and then in the morning they add the sugar to this little cocoa . Once that the of the cocoa are turn into a thing , that is put inside a crashing machine in order to have the particles of chocolate , this process it's done at least 4 times . Once that we have a big knot of chocolate , we to template the chocolate and to give more flavor to the chocolate we add the of the cacao and the special mushrooms that grow the cacao seed . Then the chocolate is to turn into the pieces of chocolate that we know and after a process of revision , the are sold to the world .
