It is about People passing the bug onto others rather than taking responsibility for themselves . It shows why Team Work , Communication and Leadership are important in doing any work . Whose Job is it ? This is a little story about four people named Everybody , Somebody , Anybody , and Nobody . There was an important job to be done and was sure that would do it . Anybody could have done it , but did it . Somebody got angry about that because it was job . Everybody thought that could do it , but realized that wouldn't do it . It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done . Who wants Change ? Once there were four people named Everybody , Somebody , Anybody , Nobody who wanted change . So , said " I want change " . Somebody said " If only anybody would start to change , I will join . " But said " I will change . " Finally stayed same , blaming for waiting for to start changing . So , nobody changed .
