: Request for Permission to Sail in Search of the Lost Island of Motufetu

Members of the Council ,

Good day . I am Moana , a resident of Motunui and a member of our community . I am writing to respectfully request permission to sail beyond our island in search of the lost island known as Motufetu .

Recently , our island has been experiencing serious problems . Our crops are failing , the fish in the ocean are becoming scarce , and the land seems to be weakening . These conditions greatly affect our community because they threaten our food supply and the well - being of our people .

Based on the stories of our ancestors , Motufetu was once connected to the ocean ? s power and played an important role in maintaining balance between the sea and our island . If the island can be found and restored , it may help bring back the ocean ? s harmony and allow our island to recover .

With this in mind , I humbly request your approval to undertake this journey . I will prepare carefully and travel with trusted companions who can assist me along the way . Through this mission , I hope to find a solution that can help restore life and prosperity to Motunui .

Addressing this matter is very important for the future of our island and our people . I sincerely hope for your support and consideration of my request .
