The job could give you valuable experience and look good on your CV, but you'd struggle to pay your expenses. Is it worth accepting a low-paid job even if it's not financially fullfilling? Would you accept the job, or would you turn it down? Explain your choice. 2 Working and studying at the same time You are studying full-time, but you need money and are thinking about getting a part-time job. You are worried that working could affect your grades and free time, and make you burnt out. Should students work while studying, or only if they really need the money? Would you work while studying, or not? Why? 3 Going through your partner’s phone You feel that your partner is acting strangely and hiding something. You are tempted to check their phone without permission. Is it ever acceptable to go through your partner’s phone even if you sense something's wrong? Would you check the phone, talk to your partner, or just let it go? 4 Using AI to "study" You have a lot of homework and little time. You know that using AI could help you finish faster, but your teacher says students should do the work themselves so they can analyze, question, and understand information deeply. Is using AI for homework acceptable only if it is used to help learning and not to copy answers? if so, does it really help you "to learn"? How would you use AI to do homework or help you study? 5 Parents sharing children’s lives on social media (sharenting) Some parents post photos, videos, and personal information about their children on social media. The children do not always agree or understand the consequences that can come along with it. Should parents share content about their children online even if the kids are uncomfortable? What would you do? If you were a parent, would you post about your child on social media? Why or why not? 6 Your friend cheats on your best friend You found out that your friend is cheating on your best friend. You cherish both of their friendships, so you don’t know if you should get involved. Should you tell the truth even if it hurts your best friend, or stay silent unless they ask you directly? What would you do? Would you tell your best friend, confront your friend, or stay out of the situation?
