I prefer beef steak , but people also to eat pork . First I cut the beef into thin slices . Then I'll hit them with my flat hand until right . I sprinkle both sides with salt pepper . I prepare three plates : the first plate I have flour , the plate a beaten egg and on the third plate I have breadcrumbs . The slices first laid into the flour , then onto the egg , and finally turned onto the breadcrumbs . The meat fried from both sides for 2 to 3 minutes in a frying pan . 2 I slept restlessly all night . I alone and suddenly a bang . Ijump out of bed . I put on a pair pants and examine the house . I hear footsteps . They're coming out of the living room . I enter the living room , it's empty . There's one there . Now I notice that the balcony open ! I turn on the lights and look .
