In a globalized world, economies are no longer isolated they are deeply interconnected. This means that what happens in one part of the world can influence prices, jobs, markets, and resources in another place.

A global economy operates through international trade, where countries exchange products, materials, and services. For example, a phone may be designed in one country, built with parts from several others, and sold worldwide. This exchange creates networks of cooperation and dependency between nations.
