I knew I would struggle with the language because my English wasn ? t very good , but I had already talked to the family a couple of times and they made me feel more confident . I was also afraid of feeling as I had never been away from my family before . However , I quickly made new friends and was so busy doing things all the time I didn ? t have time to think . It was one of the best I ? ve ever had ! 2 My student was the best experience of my life ! I really learned how to be more independent . My family welcomed me in their home . I decided to spend a year . It was my first time out of the country and on a plane . The flight was okay , and we arrived on time at the . I had the best time of my life and I never felt homesick .
