Lily loved to cook and experiment with different ingredients . Today , she decided to make her favorite dish , spaghetti aglio e olio . She started to some fresh garlic into tiny pieces . The smell filled the air as she carefully some red chili peppers . Next , she heated a pan and added a little oil . Once the oil was hot , Lily gently poured in the chopped garlic and let it until it turned golden brown . While the garlic was cooking , Lily a pot of water and added a pinch of salt . When the water was bubbling , she added the spaghetti noodles and let them cook until they were al dente . After draining the noodles , Lily returned to her garlic , which was now perfectly browned . She sprinkled in the sliced chili for a bit of heat and stirred everything together . Finally , Lily the cooked spaghetti into the pan with the garlic and peppers . She tossed everything together until the noodles were coated in the delicious garlic - infused .
