When a person dies , the first thing is that medical or paramedical staff finds death.

Get the medical death certificate delivered by a doctor. The document asks whether the place of death (home, hospital, etc. ) .
Register the death in office of Civil Registry and Identification Service ( SRCeI ) Registry. You can then request the certificate , used for all procedures related to pension adjustments
