On December the 20th I was buying presents for my family for Christmas . I was at the department store where I usually do my shopping . I chose several gifts for my family and went to pay . , when I gave the shop assistant my bank card the machine rejected my card . I asked the shop assistant to try again the machine still did not accept my card and I could not buy the items . I was sure that I had enough money because I was paid the day before . However I went to the cashpoint to check , it said I didn ? t have any money in my bank account . I knew this was not true . I am very unhappy about the situation because I was embarrassed at my regular store . I was not able to buy gifts for my family and , in addition , the information about my bank account was not correct . I would like an explanation of the reason for this and I would also like free banking for the rest of the year .
