Track it, qualify it, then it's done— Close the loop when the work’s all won. What am I? 3 One case starts, but it won’t stay whole— Each bill or booking takes its role. I split the work so none gets lost, For cleaner tracking, that’s the cost. What am I? 4 I’m waiting here, no answer yet, A reply’s needed—don’t forget! Check on me every single day, So I don’t slip or drift away. What am I? 5 My job is done, I’ve run my race, No open tasks left in my case.
