Feedback

Words like “super busy” and “stuff” are too informal for business writing. Use “documents” instead of “stuff” and rewrite more clearly, such as: “I understand you may have a busy schedule, but I would appreciate it if you could review the documents I sent.”

Words like “denied” and “lack of cooperation” may sound too harsh. A better choice is: “We are unable to fulfill your request due to incomplete information.”

“Catch you later” is too informal. Use “Best regards” or “Sincerely” in professional emails. The second sentence is fine to keep.

This is polite, professional, and appropriately formal for a business letter.

This is too informal. A better version would be: “I’m following up on my previous email regarding… I would appreciate an update when convenient.”

This sounds accusatory. Try: “We’re experiencing some delays and would appreciate an update soon.”

This language is overly deferential. Instead, use: “Thank you for your feedback. I greatly appreciate your insights.”

Abbreviations like “convo” and jargon like “loop back” and “EOD” are too informal. Use full, professional phrases instead.

This is a good example of a polite and professional email opening.

Too direct. A more polite version is: “Could you please send me the updated files by end of day?”

While friendly, emojis and words like “awesome” are too casual for professional communication.

This is a great example of expressing dissatisfaction in a professional and respectful tone.
