Hi Annie ,

I am looking to your visit to India !
I am sure that India is very different from your home , so I am writing an email to tell you about what life will be like here .
Like many , have three main .
The evening meal is usually the largest and is shared by families . People usually eat curried vegetables , rice , bread , and some sweets for dinner .

You should know that our family is Hindu , so we are .
You won ? t find any in our home . When you arrive , I will cook
my favorite dish , Paneer . It is made by spinach and
cottage cheese in a spicy sauce .
We also don ? t use when we eat , so I hope you don ? t mind eating with your hands !

I am happy that you will be in the spring because you will
be here for Holi . Holi is a spring that is celebrated
throughout India .
The holiday not only the coming of spring , but it also celebrates love and the victory of good over evil . Holi lasts for two days . this time we will dance , share food , play games , and even paint ourselves in bright colors !
