Dear . Ramirez ,
I am to express my with the service I received when I had dance classes in your school on 13th of August . I would also to mention that I was at how the receptionist was with me . Another thing I appalling was the inaccurate information found in your brochure .
First of all , your brochure said that the facilities of your school were state - of - the - art which I must say , was far from it . I am you can how disappointed I when I stepped into the school for the first time . The floor was battered , and the windows seemed foggy .
Secondly , the teacher gave a great class , I was placed in the wrong level because I am an advanced student who had a basic level class . Under circumstances is this acceptable . I thought you a serious school , but so far , you have demonstrated just the opposite .
Finally , I want to about the horrible service I receive your receptionist who did not pay to me the that she didn ? t have anything to do . To make , she was using earplugs not to listen to anybody even there was a long queue waiting to be assisted .
I feel that I am to a to compensate for this terrible service .
