Desmond : Good morning everyone . Since we're all here , let's begin . So what has everyone found Desmond : the problems our consulting group is facing ?

Hailey : Well , we've looked into the matter as you asked .
Jimmy : Yes , and we've come up with some suggestions for solving the problems . Desmond : OK . Can you tell me more about the problems first ?
Gloria : Well , the centre is experiencing numerous difficulties related to our office condition and consulting service .
Hailey : I'm afraid those aren't the only problems the group is experiencing .
Desmond : No ?
Jimmy : No . Clients have also complained about the testing services and staff attitude .
Desmond : Alright . Can you go into more detail about each problem ?
Gloria : Some clients think our office is ( 1 ) . They've commented on the stained carpets and ( 2 ) meeting rooms . They're also quite dissatisfied with our ( 3 ) system and have complained about unpleasant ( 4 ) in our reception area . I think we must do something to create a more ( 5 ) environment for our clients .
