Remember that one of the most important demands during the Mexican was a form of holding and exploitation that benefits large sectors of the population and not just the few . Land under various governments has not been sufficient to support food production for sale and local . To make matters worse , the of the country significatly set back the growth of the Mexican farming industry , exacerbating its decline . The efforts of Lázaro in 1963 to benefit large numbers of peasants through the ejido that did not really benefit many of them , as productivity was low due to the difficulty of crops communally with many differents interests . Another fact that has caused the crisis in Mexican countryside has been , the consequence of wich is that seasonal lands , where there are no for irrigation , suffer from drought because of . A factor that has contributed to the crisis is the lack of government in technical training , research and the latest technology .
