Explanation

You and I are subjects, Loving and good are working as adjectives. Therefore, Are/ am is the correct answer.

The verb be is contracted with the Wh- question "What´s = What is"

Our store entrance (1)is around the corner. There´s= There is (2) no other way to say it. It´s = It is (3) not the name of our store. It´s= It is (4) where it is (5).

First line: We are still here! Second line: You´re not human, are you?

They are talking about a concept, "something" in singular, we use It.

It´s= It is ok. Daddy´s = Daddy is here (2)

To make a question, we start with verb be, as in the last scene: AM I? We have to invert the affirmative sentence.
