Guest 1 : So , what did your wife think about the hotel ?

Guest 2 : Well , I don't think she is happy about it . And honestly , I'm not either . There are few amenities available in the room , much fewer than we expected .

Guest 1 : I think so too . There ? s little space in the bathroom that I can barely open my suitcase .

Guest 2 : Yes , exactly . And the bathroom lighting is dim that I can hardly see what I ? m doing in the mirror . It's not like it's a difficult problem to solve , is it ?

Guest 1 : I get that . Plus , the staff is friendly , but they take long to respond to requests , like , more than 40 minutes . Just yesterday , I asked for extra towels , and it took them much time to bring them up while I was waiting to take a shower , I got kinda irritated after that .

Guest 2 : That ? s a problem . I also noticed there are few outlets in the room . I counted only 3 . I have to unplug the lamp just to charge my phone ! It ? s inconvenient for a modern hotel , don't you think ?

Guest 1 : Absolutely . And don ? t you think the restaurant is expensive for the quality of food ? I tried it last night , and the portions were small that I had to order two appetizers just to feel full .

Guest 2 : Yes , I noticed they are small portions . The prices here are definitely high for what they offer . It's a shame since we had many alternatives to stay .

Guest 1 : Well , at least they have a good location , right ?

Guest 2 : Can't say they don't . And they have a beautiful view of the mountains too . Instagramable !
