Swap Terminals with the Same Model

) Turn on the new terminal .
) Insert the hard drive into the new terminal .
) Make sure that both terminals are powered off .
) Reboot the terminal .
) Add the terminal to the network .
) Remove the hard drive from the old terminal .

Swap Terminals with a Different Model

) Turn on the new terminal .
) Reboot the terminal .
) Check which point of sale ( POS ) terminal model the caller wants to swap .
) Insert the correct drive ( determined in step 1 ) into the new terminal .
) Add the terminal to the network .
) Turn off the old terminal .

Swap Micros Manager Terminal to SICOM Manager Terminal

) Turn on the SICOM manager terminal .
) Once the store is online and you are able to view the terminal , escalate the case to Tier 2 support .
) If using the same drive , transfer the drive from the Micros manager terminal to the SICOM manager terminal .
) Check in Jumpbox to see if the SICOM manager terminal is now online .
) Disconnect all remote terminals from the network .
