Explanation

According with the data from the large integrated household survey in Chocó, the 47% are considered poors that Bogotá and the guajira.

Because in this department, It has the necessary resources for a better education, and through of is education, involucred to everybody of other cultures, this help that other peoples from other cultures is relationed with otther people,regardless of social class type.
