THE TEARLESS ONION

Onions are extremely beneficial to our health . By eating onions , the risk of heart disease ( 1 ) ( can / lower ) . Furthermore , onions help to reduce blood sugar levels and maintain healthy bones . The onions have one drawback , though : it makes us cry .
