Explanation

Leamsi mentions that her hometown is Colima, a city in the southern part of Mexico.

Leamsi says that the traditional products in Colima are coconuts and lemons. She also mentions that Colima is known as "la ciudad de las palmeras"

Leamsi states that some people prefer supermarkets while some others prefer the "tianguis" or street markets and "indio" markets which sell natural products from Mexico. Leamsi also mentions the corner shops which can be found everywhere.

Leamsi says that you cannot haggle over the price but that in some cases the shops in the 'plazas' offer some discounts and deals.

Leamsi shows a picture of locals making products by hand.

Leamsi states that there are many corner shops nearby. She mentions two disadvantages: they don't offer many products and you cannot talk down the price. However, she says that you can buy on credit if you know the seller.

stall (puesto/puestito): a table or a small shop with an open front, especially outdoors, where goods are sold https://www.ldoceonline.com/dictionary/stall

knock something ↔ down: informal to reduce the price of something by a large amount e.g. The new stove we bought was knocked down from $800 to $550. https://www.ldoceonline.com/dictionary/knock-down

Leamsi says that her favourite markets are the tianguis because, even though they visit the suburbs once a week, different tianguis are held in one area on different days.
