Serves 4 | Preparation time : 90 after marinating I Contains gluten

INGREDIENTS
1 . 2 kg of chops and leg
400 g of potatoes
350 g of rustic left over from the day before

PREPARATION
Cut the into pieces and season with garlic , , pepper , bay leaf and white wine . Leave to overnight . Reserve the marinade . the pieces of meat with flour and shake off the excess .
