You have the right to a trial by jury in a civil case (a civil case is where two people or groups disagree; it is not criminal).
Freedom of Speech, Assembly, Religion and Press (or Newspapers)
Right to bear arms (to own a gun).
You do not have to say anything if you are accused of a crime and no one can make you confess. You cannot be executed or put in prison without having been convicted at trial and if a jury finds you innocent you cannot be tried again for the same crime.
Not everything is written out in the Constitution. Just because the Constitution doesn't specifically say that you have the right, doesn't mean that you don't have that right. If the law doesn't say otherwise, you are assumed to have the right.
No one can search through your home or things unless they get a search warrant from a judge.
You have the right to a speedy trial and the government cannot keep you in jail without giving you a public trial by a jury of your peers and telling you what crime you have been accused of.
Soldiers cannot come and stay in your home without your permission.
You are protected from excessive fines or cruel and unusual punishment (or torture).
The states or the people are the ones responsible for figuring out what should be done, unless the Constitution specifically says that the Federal/National government has the right to do it.
