¿Have you heard about Crocodile Hunter? His name was Steve Erwin. He was a famous conservationist and TV Show host. He was born in Australia in 1962. He grew up in his parent´s wildlife park. Since he was a kid, he enjoyed reptiles. He got a Python as a birthday gift when he was six years old! He decided to study wild life animals, and he got interested in learning about crocodiles. The Crocodile Hunter was a TV program that started in 1996. It was a big hit, and suddenly, it became popular in many countries. Unfortunately, on September 4, 2006, Steve went to the Big Barrier Reef to film ocean animals. He was diving when a stingray stung him on the leg. Hours later, he died of cardiac arrest. When Steve Erwin died, people around the world were very sad. People still remember his excellent work in conservation of endangered species.
