There are many arguments in favour of my stance , but the most conspicuous one is that several diseases such as obesity , diabetes , cancer and disease can be prevented to doing sports . One standout example is originated from the fact that towards young people , regular exercises contribute the development of healthy bones , efficient heart and lung function as well as motor and mental abilities . In addition , it is indisputable that staying active enables seniors to enhance their functional , reduce the likeliness being ill and remain independent . Needless to say , all these upsides are beneficial to people of all when engaging themselves sports .
Another pivotal aspect of this issue is that regular physical activities should be considered as a to a number of psychological disorders as the activities promotes self - and physical self - worth . The primary one stems from the fact that chronic exercise assist multiple aspects of human mental functioning such as consciousness , motivation , orientation function and impulse . Last but not least , this can be exemplified that the social and inter - benefits of sports , in combination other factors , encourage a healthy lifestyle in the community . Hence , it is apparent why many are in favour of sports .
In view of the arguments outlined above , one can conclude that the benefits of sports are too great to ignore .
