is an ongoing learning process in which teachers engage voluntarily to learn how best to adjust their teaching to the learning needs of their students . It includes several strategies to be carried out in both individually or collaboratively .

Although it is a collection of documents , a teaching is a tangible evidence of knowledge dispositions and skills that you possess as a growing professional .

But when you keep a personal record of occurrences , experiences , and reflections on a regular basis in a diary , you will get a teaching , which not only helps you to keep conscious about your teaching but also to remind you effective strategies or procedures .
