Height of the cake after baking Amount of baking powder Bake cakes using 1, 2, 3, and 4 teaspoons of baking powder. What makes a cake rise higher? Decide whether the hypothesis was correct based on the results. Measure the height of each cake after baking. Oven temperature, baking time, pan size, ingredients (except baking powder) If I add more baking powder, then the cake will rise higher. Compare the cake heights to see how baking powder affects the rise.
