The Springfield Mystery

Last night in Springfield , an awful attack occurred at the Kwik - E - Mart . Apu , the store owner , reported that someone tried to the cash register . When the police arrived at the , they found Chief Wiggum trying to the criminal .

Officer Lou discovered a broken window , suggesting that the thief attempted to the store but left empty - handed . However , Apu noticed something out of the ordinary - a half - eaten donut on the floor - maybe this was a left behind by the thief .
