It is not comfortable doing things on my own all the time ; I now realize how much my parents have always helped me . 2 This morning I got up at 6 o'clock . I had programmed the TV to turn on by early since I needed to get ready for school . On my way , I saw a man whose car seemed to have a flat tire . Although he looked old , he was changing the tire by 3 I thought he needed some help , but I did not really offer to help him because I didn't want to arrive late . Instead , I just kept walking . When I got to school and headed to my classroom , I found out that Mrs . Dodson , our math teacher , was not there for the first class . She sent a message to the school direction explaining that she is normally picked up by a relative in his car . Yet , his relative could not make it on time because his car had a flat tire . Therefore , she would need to travel to school by . 4 Since Mrs . Dodson did not arrive to class , my classmates and I had to work by in order to fullfill an assignment she had sent . 5 I think it wasn't easy for Mrs . Dodson to arrive to school since the students following class had to work by too . Given that the task we were assigned was a little difficult , my classmates and I weren't able to complete it , and now we have to investigate and finish it for homework . 6 Next time I have the chance to assist someone , I will do it ; I might save some work too .
