(i.e. product contains less than 7 packets, missing product baking trays, etc.) The product is missing part or all of the required ingredients. (i.e. garnish, solid pieces, noodles, chocolate chips, vegetables, etc.) Any piece of plastic, paper cloth, glass, metal, filth, insect, or any other object that does not belong in the product. Any abnormality with the product taste, aroma, color, consistency, texture, or overall appearance that does not meet product standard. This does not include a personal taste preference or a generalized dissatisfaction. Contents contain a different product from what is listed on the branded packaging. Any other product complaint issue that cannot be defined or explained by the other product complaint categories listed in the form. Any damage to the product box or packaging. (i.e. ripped box, damaged bag or packaging, etc.) Any damage to the outside shipping box. This could be due to improper handling when loading or during delivery.
