You may notice under/ overweight, avoidance of eating in public, or have family members report concerns. low mood/ high anxiety Withdrawal & avoidance Impacts life activities Lasts 3+ months Can be following a life event but with a feeling of ‘stuckness’ Occasional tiredness, irritability, withdrawn from activities After life event (e.g. job or marriage difficulties/ birth) Comes & goes, lasts weeks all symptoms of mild to moderate but lasting longer or more severe.
