Two Things in Common - Pair up; find two things in common. After everybody has found two, each person says a little about what they have in common.

One-Word-Whip - After a presentation or discussion, the facilitator has each audience member say one word that describes their thoughts re a certain topic. It should go fast.

Lava Tarps - Two tarps, Two Teams. Each team stands on a tarp, and must turn the tarp over without anyone touching the ground. First team to flip the tarp wins!

House - Two people put their hands together to form a human house, while one person "lives" in it by crouching underneath. When someone yells earthquake, everyone switches partners and positions. When someone yells "evict!" the residents all switch. When someone yells "rebuild!" the houses all find new partners. This game works best when the caller is the odd man out, who couldnt find a position.

Shoutout - When the facilitator draws or says a word, the team all shouts out the first word that comes into their head.

Portal - Tie a hula hoop vertically in midair so it doesn't move. The team has to get every single member from one side of the "portal" to the other without touching the hoop.

Gravity Ring - Start with your group in a circle facing each other, and have everyone put a finger on the same hula-hoop that sits on their fingers at about eye-level. Without anyone's finger leaving the hula-hoop, have your team lower it to the floor. If it proves easy, try it without talking.

Name Ninja - People circle up and take turns yelling out the name of the person who they choose to tag while completing the motion. If you get tagged on both arms below the elbow, you're out. Only one person can attack at a time, with the attacker getting one movement, and the defense allowed one move as well.
