Unit 2: Labour Contract

Contract between 6 months and 2 years, full time or part time

No compensation for the employee at the end of the contract

The salary can't be less than the Minimum Wage

It can last between 1 and 3 years

No age limit for disabled workers

For young people between 16-25 years old (up to 30 while unemployment rate is over 15%)

Since 5 years after finishing their studies

Young adults with a degree

Part of the working time has to be in a training course

Interns will be paid depending on the established collective agreement
