Guinevere
could
not
believe
what
she
heard
when
the
King
told
her
what
Sir
Gawain
had
seen
.
She
she
had
never
ridden
out
to
the
forest
without
her
husband
.
"
Lancelot
has
to
everything
.
He
has
been
.
"
"
He
is
lying
!
My
lips
have
only
touched
one
man's
,
and
here
he
stands
before
me
,
to
listen
to
a
rather
than
his
own
wife
.
"
"
But
Sir
Gawain
said
.
.
.
"
"
Sir
Gawain
is
a
fool
.
Look
into
his
eyes
and
you
will
see
that
he
does
not
know
the
difference
between
truth
and
.
Call
Lancelot
here
and
we
will
this
matter
.
Until
then
,
I
will
see
no
one
.
"
With
that
,
the
Queen
left
for
her
.
The
King
was
alone
,
thinking
,
when
Merlin
.
Merlin
knew
that
Morgan
Le
Fay
had
this
trouble
,
but
he
also
knew
Arthur
had
made
a
great
mistake
.
Not
asking
Guinevere
what
had
happened
showed
a
of
faith
.
Sending
Lancelot
away
would
cause
in
the
kingdom
and
throughout
the
land
.
Merlin
told
Arthur
to
call
the
to
the
Round
Table
so
he
could
speak
to
them
.
When
the
knights
were
around
King
Arthur
,
Merlin
stopped
at
Lancelot's
seat
.
