Relier Pairs Topic 11Version en ligne Review par Gabriela Hermosillo 1 The way in which organisms are organized within the ecosystem according to the type of food they consume 2 The speed and path taken by all chemical elements, such as carbon, nitrogen, and others. 3 All photosynthetic organisms, such as plants or algae; or chemosynthetic. They produce complex organic compounds (e.g. carbohydrates, fats, and proteins) from simple substances present in the environment . They obtain energy from the sunlight or chemical reactions. 4 5 6 Organisms that consume autotrophs, that is, herbivores; but also, all those that feed on living tissue, such as carnivores. These organisms obtain their carbon from other living organisms. 7 Consists in converting solar energy into chemical energy, which is used to make organic compounds. This process is performed by producers, all plants, algae and microorganisms with photosynthetic pigmentation, all of them need solar energy, water and carbon dioxide in order to form oxygen and organic compounds essential to life. 8 9 A group of organisms (biocenosis) which vital processes relate to each other and develop according to the physical factors in the same environment (biotope). 10 Producers or autotrophs Biome Consumers or heterotrophs Matter flow velocity and movement pattern Ecosystem Trophic structure Photosynthesis Energy Trophic web Decomposers
